About Me

I was born and raised in Southern California by a family of gear-heads, with both of my parents having experience in off-road racing and a passion for street cars as well. My first experiences in motorsports were off-road as well, starting aboard a Suzuki RMZ50 with training wheels at age 4, and since then I have been hooked on all things racing.

At age 12 I began racing motorycles in both the District 37 AMA Enduro series and the TWMC club enduros. I won multiple championships in these series while in junior high and high school and developed skills that would later cross over into other forms of racing.

During my senior year of high school I was forced to take a year off of motorcycle racing to address a back issue that required major surgery. Refusing to sit idle and wait for the year to pass, I began car racing in a highly modified 1972 El Camino SS that I also used as my daily driver. I also began driving the 1969 Camaro my dad had bought on his 40th birthday, a car that would later become the track focused monster that can be seen on this sites 'Vehicles' page.  Car racing became my new passion and, with experience and the right people supporting me, success has followed.

In 2012 I began college at the University of California, San Diego pursuing a degree in electrical engineering, a major I chose because of my love for motorsports, building things for performance, and a strong desire to blend my personal passions with my future professional goals. I am set to graduate sometime in 2016.

The race series that receives my primary focus is the Ultimate Streetcar Association, where I am driving the Rozelle 1969 Camaro at multiple events across the western United States each year. I am also continuing to participate in local autocrosses and open track days, and in particular I attend many of the Speed Limit Racing Autocrosses that take place in Camarillo, CA to refine my skills and our cars while also offering driving instruction to those who seek help.
